Motorcycle Service and Roadside Assistance
You are now permitted to service your motorcycle during level 3 &4 of the lockdown, as long as it’s due. Out of consideration for the difficult situation associated with the Coronavirus and our concern for our customers, we have extending all Warranties and Service/Repair plans that were set to expire during Level 5 of the Lockdown. We recommend booking your service as soon as possible and not using your motorcycle, or using it as little as possible, to avoid further wear and tear.
Yes, this extension also applies.
As an essential services provider, BMW Motorrad On Call will still be operational during the Covid-19 National Lockdown. Our technicians will tow motorcycles to the nearest Retailer or place of safety for storage until Retailers re-open. Additional mobility* will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
