PURE riders are individualists. Bikes express their individuality. They're sophisticated and expressive, just like the bikes they ride. Not many people are brave enough to build a custom motorcycle, but those who do it are driven by PURE passion and turn their customers' dreams into true icons.

More and more renowned custom shops are converting old twin-valve BMWs into unique works of art. These are just a few, we'll keep adding more. In the future, the nineT may form a new basis for customising.

French custom workshop Blitz presented the third BMW R nineT conversion at the legendary Wheels & Waves Festival in Biarritz - an interpretation fully in keeping with the tradition of American flat track racers.

French minimalism combined with a good dose of power and charm. At first sight, this nineT conversion by Blitz appears to be cast in a single large, jet-black piece. The weighty and elongated self-made fuel tank is shaped to connect seamlessly with the single seat and the reduced rear with integrated LED strip. The front section has also been relieved of virtually everything, sporting nothing but a shining white race number panel.

The sound that emerges from the likewise fully black Akrapovič rear silencer with open intake manifold gives some idea of the riding fun offered by this unique interpretation of the nineT.
