BMW Motorrad South Africa is proud to launch its first-ever Cadet Programme, designed to develop the next generation of trailblazers in sales, service, and everything in between.

WHAT IS THE BMW MOTORRAD CADET PROGRAMME?

This isn't just training. It's transformation. 

Over three months, you'll gain:

  • In-depth knowledge of the BMW Motorrad brand
  • Exposure to cutting-edge motorcycle tech and systems
  • Insights into customer-centric sales and aftersales
  • Real-world, hands-on experience inside a BMW Motorrad Retailer
  •  Guidance and mentorship from certified experts
  • A path to becoming a BMW Approved Cadet, with future opportunities in Sales Specialist or Aftersales Consultant roles

You'll also earn a market-related monthly stipend, and all programme-related travel and accommodation will be covered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The following minimum requirements must be met to apply for the BMW Motorrad Cadet Programme

  • Grade 12 (Degree or Diploma an advantage)
  • 6 months of work experience (Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service preferred)
  • Motorcycle learner's or full licence (optional, but will work in your favour)
  • Computer literate
  • Passion for people and a desire to grow
  • Riding a motorcycle is not compulsory.
