Service Inclusive can be purchased with a new or eligible pre-owned BMW Motorrad motorcycle, or at any stage, thereafter, provided the motorcycle is 5 years old or younger, calculated from its original warranty commencement date. The package is linked to the motorcycle's VIN, allowing any remaining service benefits to be transferred to a subsequent owner. Once a package has expired or all covered services have been completed, a new Service Inclusive package may be purchased, subject to programme eligibility requirements.

1. BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive covers the cost of required Genuine BMW Motorrad Parts, labour and BMW Approved Oil for the following scheduled maintenance items:
2. BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive is available for eligible new and pre-owned BMW Motorrad motorcycles that are 5 years old or younger under warranty and have a full BMW Motorrad dealer service history.
3. Items not specifically listed above, as well as repairs resulting from wear and tear, accident damage, misuse, neglect or unauthorised modifications, are not covered by BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive.
4. All maintenance work must be carried out in accordance with BMW Motorrad service schedules and manufacturer specifications, which may be updated from time to time.
5. Service intervals specified for the motorcycle must be adhered to and servicing must be performed when due, as indicated by the motorcycle's service requirements.
6. If the motorcycle has undergone unauthorised tuning, modifications or performance enhancements, eligibility for BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive benefits may be revoked.
7. All servicing must be carried out at an authorised BMW Motorrad dealer by BMW Approved Technicians.
8. BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive is linked to the motorcycle VIN and may be transferred to a subsequent owner but cannot be transferred to another motorcycle.
9. Service Inclusive package fees are non-refundable.
10. Once a Service Inclusive package has expired or all included services have been utilised, customers may be eligible to purchase a new Service Inclusive package, subject to programme rules.
11. Roadside Assistance, statutory warranty rights and manufacturer warranty provisions remain subject to their respective terms and conditions.
