The complimentary BMW S 1000 RR Motorrad complementary service Package is provided with the purchase of a New or Approved Used BMW S 1000 RR during the campaign period (1 September 2026 – 31 October 2026). The package is linked to the motorcycle’s VIN and may be transferred to a subsequent owner with any remaining service benefits. Approved used motorcycles must be 5 years old or younger, calculated from the original warranty commencement date. Once the complimentary package has expired or all included services have been used, customers may be eligible to purchase a new Service Package subject to programme eligibility and availability.
The BMW S 1000 RR Complimentary Service Package covers the cost of required Genuine BMW Motorrad parts, labour and BMW approved oil for the scheduled maintenance items included in the package: engine oil service (including oil filter replacement and refill), air filter replacement*, fuel filter replacement*, spark plug replacement*, brake fluid change, fork oil change, gearbox oil change, CVT belt replacement (where applicable), disposal of oil and replaced parts, and associated labour costs.
The complimentary Service Package is available only with the purchase of a New or Approved Used BMW S 1000 RR during the campaign period 1 September 2026 – 31 October 2026.
The complimentary Service Package provides coverage for a period of 3 years or up to 30,000 km from the vehicle’s date of first registration, whichever occurs first.
The complimentary Service Package is available for eligible new and approved used BMW S 1000 RR motorcycles that meet BMW Motorrad eligibility criteria; approved used motorcycles must be 5 years old or younger from first registration and have a full BMW Motorrad dealer service history.
Items not expressly listed in Clause 1, as well as repairs or replacements required due to wear and tear beyond normal scheduled maintenance, accident damage, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modifications or tuning, are not covered by this complimentary Service Package.
All maintenance work covered by the complimentary Service Package must be performed in accordance with BMW Motorrad service schedules and manufacturer specifications. Service intervals indicated by the motorcycle’s service requirements must be observed and adhered to.
All servicing covered under the complimentary Service Package must be carried out by authorised BMW Motorrad dealers using BMW approved technicians and Genuine BMW Motorrad parts and oils.
The complimentary Service Package is linked to the motorcycle VIN. It may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the same motorcycle but is not transferable to a different motorcycle.
The complimentary Service Package is provided at no additional charge and is non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
If the motorcycle has undergone unauthorised tuning, modifications or performance enhancements, eligibility for the complimentary Service Package may be revoked or coverage denied.
Once the complimentary Service Package has expired or all included services have been utilised, customers may be eligible to purchase a new Service Package subject to BMW Motorrad programme rules and availability.
Roadside assistance, statutory warranty rights and manufacturer warranty provisions remain subject to their respective terms and conditions and are not replaced by this complimentary Service Package.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. BMW Motorrad reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the complimentary Service Package and these terms at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
